Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a BCaBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy implementations for children with developmental challenges.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, train technicians, monitor data, and ensure accurate documentation to support progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and supervise ABA therapy program implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and professionals for consistent progress.
• Provide training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor data to evaluate interventions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
