Job summary

Children Making Strides, a leading ABA agency, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for center and in-home cases.

You will assess, plan, supervise ABA therapy, train RBTs, and collaborate with parents and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatments that improve outcomes for children with developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with parents and professionals to ensure progress.
• Provide training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs on techniques.
• Monitor data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
