Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dedicated ABA team, under supervision of a BCBA. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and guide ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Work with a multidisciplinary team, train RBTs and technicians, monitor data outcomes, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure progress.
• Provide training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain thorough client progress documentation.

Responsibilities:

Under the Supervision of a BCBA

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.


• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.


• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.


• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
