Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for center and in-home ABA services. The position involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and supervising therapy programs to support children with developmental challenges.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, demonstrates strong knowledge of ABA principles, and can collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
