Group 1 Automotive, including Sandia BMW in Albuquerque, is seeking qualified Sales Professionals to join our automotive retail team. You will engage customers, explain vehicle features, and drive sales through relationship-building and product knowledge.

Formación

• Experience in automotive sales preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Willing to work in a commission-based environment.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a process-driven setting.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, warranties, and services.
• Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with buyers.
• Maintain a high CSI score and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with owners to encourage referrals and repeat business.
