• Sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Confidence in your ability to succeed in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

• Self-starter and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver license with a good driving record and ability to operate within state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates vehicles by explaining features, advantages, and benefits; conducts test drives; compares models; explains warranties and services.
• Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain rapport with previous customers.
• Aim to maintain a high CSI score and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with owners to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Continuously learn about product updates, inventory, and financing options.
• Set personal goals aligned with dealership standards and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Handle objections, ask for the sale, negotiate, and complete sales or purchase agreements.
