You will deliver a premium customer experience using CRM tools and product knowledge. Reporting to the Traffic Manager or Sales Manager, this associate position requires at least one year in a call center or sales role, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings

• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Evening and weekend schedule availability required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
