Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is hiring for a BMW Genius/Porter to enhance guest experiences and support the car-buying process.

You will work with sales teams to ensure purchases are seamless and customers receive outstanding service, while maintaining professional appearance and meeting job requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug screen)

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and provide exceptional guest experiences as a BMW Genius/Porter, driving positive impact on business and team members.
• Collaborate with sales associates and managers to ensure customers have a seamless, exceptional purchasing experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to dress code, and treat coworkers with respect; comply with employment requirements.

Job description

Compensation $20-$22 hourly

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
