Job summary

Be The Match is seeking a Clinical Operations Partner to strengthen relationships with bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy programs in the Boston, MA and New England region. The role focuses on removing barriers, providing resources, driving innovation, and promoting continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in relevant science or healthcare related setting.
Four years full-time internal NMDP employment may be substituted for the above eight years of experience.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with regional BMT programs and community oncologists.
Provide real-time consultation to BMT program members onsite, by phone, or online.
Share network metrics and center-specific data with TC partners.
Deliver ongoing education to BMT program teams on latest research and NMDP initiatives.
On-board new TC team members to ensure awareness of NMDP systems and resources.
Design, implement, and manage special projects with NMDP and CIBMTR.
Travel domestically for conferences and in-person team meetings.
