Job summary

NMDP is seeking a Clinical Operations Partner to strengthen relationships with bone marrow transplant programs and community oncologists across Boston and New England. The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, resource provision, and continuous improvement within cellular therapy partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have clinical experience in BMT or cellular therapy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams while traveling domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or healthcare field.
• Eight years of experience in a related setting; substitution rules may apply.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically for conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship manager for regional BMT programs and oncologists.
• Collaborate with BMT teams to set priorities and address needs.
• Provide real-time consultation and share network metrics with centers.
• Develop education for BMT teams on NMDP services and research.
• Drive process improvements to simplify transplant workflows.
