Job summary

Omeros Corporation is seeking a Blood & Marrow Transplant Clinical Account Manager for the Northeast Region. You will manage HSCT centers, educate teams on HSCT‑TMA, and help develop pre-launch strategies for a product under FDA review.

As part of the Launch Team, you will drive territory plans, collaborate with home office and Brand teams, and navigate reimbursement and access challenges while traveling regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; 5+ years in rare/orphan disease territory management; HSCT experience a plus.
• Launch experience and specialty oncology/hematology experience required; experience with HSCT centers ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business within a specific geographic territory.
• Educate customers on HSCT-TMA signs and symptoms.
• Help create pre-launch strategies for FDA‑under review product.
• Educate on monoclonal antibody used to treat HSCT‑TMA in targeted hospitals.
• Support reimbursement and access with Pharmacy directors and others.
• Execute national sales strategy and develop territory business plan.
• Collaborate with home office, Brand, and National/Corporate accounts teams.
• Analyze account and physician sales data to grow the business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Veeva CRM to track activity.
