Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare required.
• Eight years of relevant science or healthcare experience; NMDP internal transfer may substitute for four years.
• Strong knowledge in molecular biology, immunology or genetics.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with BMT programs and hospital systems.
• Collaborate with BMT teams to set partnership objectives.
• Provide real-time consultation to TC colleagues via onsite/phone/online.
• Share network metrics and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead education for BMT teams on NMDP services and initiatives.
• Occasional domestic travel for conferences and team meetings.
