Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled BMS - Operations and Maintenance Analyst to oversee the Building Management System, ensuring reliable operation of HVAC, lighting, and energy management across sites. The role focuses on real-time monitoring, diagnostics and data-driven improvements to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, performing advanced diagnostics, and generating reports on energy usage and system faults.

Qualifications

Experience operating Building Management Systems (BMS) and related HVAC/control systems.
Ability to monitor, analyze and optimize energy and environmental performance.
Proactive troubleshooting of alarms, faults and performance deviations.
Familiarity with data analytics to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS), including HVAC and energy management.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot JCI-controlled systems to resolve alarms.
Apply data analytics to monitor system behavior and identify improvements.
Respond to alarms and faults, investigate root causes and escalate as needed.
Generate reports on alarm activity, energy usage and system faults for internal review.
Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance in all BMS activities.
Serve as first point of contact for BMS-related emergencies and follow emergency protocols.
