Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 0–2 years of BMS/operator experience
• HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC and lighting
• Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot alarms and faults
• Analyze alarm activity and energy usage for efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in BMS activities
• Respond to emergencies and participate in emergency preparedness
• Use data analytics to support decision-making and optimize operations
