Schneider Electric is seeking a BMS Service Representative II to support commercial buildings in Manhattan, with occasional travel to Northern New Jersey. You will troubleshoot, commission, and optimize HVAC control systems in real-world environments.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on BMS/BAS experience, strong technical and customer communication skills, and a valid driver's license. A company vehicle is provided for on-site service visits.
Formación
- Minimum 2 years of BMS/BAS experience.
- Experience as a Service Technician or Controls Technician.
- Experience commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting DDC.
- Hands-on experience with controllers, sensors, actuators, valves, and field devices.
- Reading mechanical/electrical/controls drawings.
Responsabilidades
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain BAS/BMS and HVAC control systems.
- Install, commission, configure, and optimize controllers and field devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving HVAC equipment and control networks.
- Perform software updates and preventative maintenance.
- Support commissioning and startup of new and existing systems.
