Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and delivering Battery Management System solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Coordinate activities across hardware, software, systems, validation, and application engineering.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical issues with timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication among engineering teams, suppliers, and leadership.
- Support product development from concept through production implementation.
- Drive strategic planning aligning engineering priorities with business objectives.
- Monitor project performance and provide status updates to stakeholders.
