Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• Advanced degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
• Experience with ECM/ECU design and battery management systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with functional and environmental requirements for ECM/ECU development.
• Develop product requirements, analysis and verification for genset, BMS, and inverter/motor control.
• Collaborate with software, battery, system and machine teams to ensure platform integration.
• Manage ECM/ECU vendor relationships for system development.
• Investigate and troubleshoot ECM/ECU issues across development and production lifecycles.
• Mentor technicians and engineers in electrical system development.
