Qualifications

• Requires a degree in electrical engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with ECM/ECU design, battery management controllers, and related electronics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with functional and environmental requirements for ECM/ECUs.
• Develop product requirements, perform analysis and simulation, select components.
• Review schematics/layout and verify platform integration across applications.
• Negotiate with ECM/ECU vendors for system development.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across production lifecycle.
• Mentor technicians and engineers in electrical and electronic systems.
