Alfa Laval is seeking a Manufacturing Blue-Collar Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles, including production associates, machine operators, assemblers and warehouse staff. This six-month contract role partners with internal managers and staffing agencies to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven and experienced in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or blue-collar roles.
• Experience with external staffing agencies and knowledge of employment laws.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software; Workday/ADP a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly blue-collar roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
• Utilize job boards, social media, outreach, referrals and job fairs to attract diverse candidate pools.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit, availability and commitment.
• Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, drug screens and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and seasonal hiring needs.
