Alfa Laval is hiring a Manufacturing Blue-Collar Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles across production, assembly, and warehousing. The six-month contract involves working with managers and staffing agencies to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, manufacturing focus preferred.
• Experience with external staffing agencies and vendor management.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly blue-collar roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and craft recruitment strategies.
• Source via job boards, social media, job fairs, referrals, and agencies to ensure diverse candidate pools.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit and availability.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new-hire paperwork; ensure ATS accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and seasonal hires.
