Alfa Laval is seeking a Manufacturing Blue-Collar Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for hourly production roles in a fast-paced plant setting. You will partner with managers and staffing agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and manage onboarding, background checks, and compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage high-volumes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years recruiting experience in manufacturing or blue-collar roles.
• Experience with external staffing agencies and ATS/HR software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly blue-collar roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Source via job boards, social media, referrals, and fairs.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews; coordinate offers.
• Onboarding support including background checks and paperwork.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Build a talent pipeline for recurring and seasonal needs.
