Job summary
Amcor LLC, a global leader in packaging, is seeking a Blow Molding Process Specialist to support PET blow molding operations across beverage and specialty containers. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain safe, efficient production and improve container quality.
The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, process optimization, and strong technical leadership to protect proprietary manufacturing technologies and ensure Best-in-Class processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PET blow molding operations or process support in manufacturing.
- Experience with beverage or packaging manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and optimize processing parameters for safe, efficient bottle production.
- Develop and maintain process setup sheets and operating parameters.
- Monitor process performance and assist operations in maintaining conditions.
- Participate in mold changes and start-ups to ensure stable production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve blow molding equipment issues and assist with maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance to operators and contribute to best practices.
