• Thermoplastic processing experience in plastics molding or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and processes to ensure quality is built into production at customer demand.
• Create metrics to track production line and equipment performance for targeted improvements.
• Lead with lean tools to drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Coordinate molding activities with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control.
• Prepare and manage an annual budget to support strategic goals.
• Provide recommendations on new equipment purchases and line installations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and maintain high productivity.
