Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Thermoplastic processing experience in plastics molding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems to ensure quality is built into production to meet demand.
• Create metrics to track equipment performance and focus improvements.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the department.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Prepare and manage annual budget and safety improvements.
