Qualifications

• Perform work in a safe manner at all times.
• Learn and effectively operate machine work processes in accordance to standard operating procedures.
• Visibly inspect equipment to detect problems and make adjustments.
• Conduct required quality checks and tests.
• Demonstrate mechanical and operational understanding of machinery.
• Cross-train into a variety of positions and perform those functions.
• Pay close attention to details and pursue quality in duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor blowmolding machines and equipment used in production.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure production meets standards.
• Start-up, shut down, changeovers, and clean up; ensure materials available.
• Coordinate production and monitor multiple lines when needed.
• Provide guidance to team members as appropriate.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Adjust machines to correct quality and production issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine repairs as needed.
• Train new associates and work cooperatively with the team.
