Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Blow Mold Manager to provide professional and positive leadership for the plastic molding operations that will inspire the associates to work safely while creating a quality product at the rate of our customers' demand.

The incumbent will use lean concepts and practices to drive continuous improvement activities, develop systems and processes, and create a culture of accountability for meeting high performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field is required or equivalent.
• 4 years of operations management experience as a department manager, plant superintendent, or similar role.
• At least 2 years of on-the-floor supervision of hourly associates.
• Thermoplastic processing experience in plastics molding, injection molding, extrusion, or related operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Develop systems and metrics to monitor line and equipment performance.
• Coordinate molding activities with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control to optimize production.
• Revise molding schedules and priorities due to equipment failure or operating issues.
• Manage an annual budget and recommend equipment purchases aligned with strategy.
• Ensure a safe, professional work environment and train team members.
