Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Blow Mold Manager to lead plastic molding operations, ensuring safe production of bottles at customer-demand rates, applying lean principles to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent project coordination skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Complete data based analyses of problems, develop potential casual factors, and help guide teams through root cause analysis.
• Operate a computer – PC proficiency. Use MS Office Word and Excel with the ability to learn MS Power Point and MS Project.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers, team members, and internal or external customers.
• Pay attention to details and pursue quality in accomplishing work duties and tasks.
• Efficiently perform accurate mathematical calculations.
• Use good judgment and maintain safety in all work activities.
• Deliver work on time and support company mission with tools/resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and processes that ensure quality is built into production at the rate of customer demand.
• Develop metrics to track production line and equipment performance for focused improvements.
• Utilize lean tools to lead continuous improvement and drive accountability.
• Coordinate molding with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control for optimum production resources.
• Revise molding schedules and priorities due to equipment failure or problems.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve safety, quality, methods, and performance.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency while maintaining safety.
