Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Blow Mold Maintenance Technician to serve as a hands-on technical resource for resolving equipment problems impacting production. The role involves diagnosing production issues, procuring replacement parts, and performing equipment repairs, including HVAC maintenance and tooling changes.

Responsibilities include working with CMMS MP2, training operators, and ensuring high-quality, on-time work orders while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience or a technical degree related to maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems affecting production.
• Ability to operate a PC and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on technical resource for resolving equipment problems affecting production and assist with diagnosing production problems.
• Identify and resolve tooling and machine related issues, identify corrective actions, procure replacement parts, and perform equipment repairs.
• Perform HVAC maintenance.
• Help clean and maintain equipment in like-new conditions.
• Assist with mold sets and tooling changes.
• Perform work order tasks entered into the CMMS MP2 system.
• Train operators and line workers to become maintenance technicians.
• Be the first responder to and correct all line breakdowns.
• Provide prompt notification of any equipment breakdowns.
• Conduct line leak reviews and construct hydraulic hoses and water lines.
