Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Memphis seeks a Blow Mold Production Lead to support the Manufacturing Shift Manager and Production Supervisors. You will train teammates, guide daily operations, and ensure safe, high‑quality production on a fast‑paced line.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, SAP proficiency, and the ability to manage line changeovers, quality checks, and housekeeping. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of production teammates to ensure safe, successful operations.
• Lead pre/post shift meetings with assigned teams.
• Verify production processes and reconcile counts in SAP and D4A.
• Perform setup/changeover and monitor equipment for quality production.
• Conduct scheduled quality tests and maintain high standards with minimal waste.
• Provide training to new associates and guide peers on the line.
