Careers and Highline Warren is seeking a Blow Molding Quality Inspector to ensure production in the blow molding department meets quality standards. The role requires daily coordination with the Blow Molding Quality Engineer and adherence to SOPs.

Rotating 12-hour shifts and potential overtime are part of the schedule. The inspector will test, document, and communicate results, review bottle drawings, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work area and accurate

Qualifications

• Operate a computer and use Microsoft Office tools.
• Read and interpret bottle engineering drawings.
• Understand polymer processing and bottle quality concepts.
• Accurately document quality testing and dispositions.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality testing for production in the Blow Molding department.
• Document all approved, rejected, or held production in the Warren Quality System.
• Report accepted and rejected production to the shift supervisor.
• Test samples every 2 hours and verify bottle quality against drawings.
• Verify production approval per company processes and procedures.
• Maintain records of inspection methods and bottle drawings.
• Present information clearly to the department manager.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
