Job summary

Coffee Memorial Blood Center Inc. in Tulsa seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead a donor services team across multiple blood drives. You will coach staff, perform phlebotomy when needed, assess donor eligibility, and ensure adherence to SOPs while delivering a safe, compassionate donor experience.

This role requires hands-on leadership, field travel, and the ability to develop others into their best selves. Strong customer service and healthcare background are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.
