Coffee Memorial Blood Center Inc. in Tulsa seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor who leads a field team, delivering donor-first experiences and ensuring safe, efficient blood drives. You will coach staff, perform phlebotomy duties, and ensure SOP compliance while traveling between locations.

The role offers leadership responsibilities, travel opportunities, and competitive pay with bonuses based on tenure and performance, including eligibility for Spanish-language bonuses.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
