ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated team member in Missouri to oversee blood collection operations and supervise staff at drives or centers. You will ensure donor care and smooth operations while performing the donation steps (registration, screening, physical, phlebotomy).

This full-time role requires flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends, with potential travel for training and field duties. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people skills are essential.
• Enjoy working with the public and maintain a stable work history.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Willing to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver's license in your state and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and ensure smooth collections.
• Supervise staff at the assigned blood drive or collection center.
• Perform donor Registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy as part of the donation process.
• May drive fleet vehicles, including box trucks, as needed.
