Job summary

ARCBS in Ohio seeks an Donor Recruitment Account Manager to work with blood drive coordinators and Sponsor groups to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals. You will attract Sponsors, manage feeder groups, and ensure smooth operations and positive donor experiences.

The role requires ability to schedule drives, deliver education programs, and maintain records while complying with regulations. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and work experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement creative strategies to attract, manage and retain Sponsors and feeder groups to meet collection goals.
• Coordinate efficient scheduling of blood drives by assigned Sponsors to meet goals.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts to ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate activities with collections personnel to ensure a positive Sponsor and donor experience.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts and volunteers to assist in meeting objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop knowledge of the community and demographics to expand the blood program.
• Maintain accurate records to track Sponsor group performance.
• Use tools and strategy provided by the organization to enhance service and productivity.
