Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work on a team.
• Ability to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to ensure blood drives meet goals and manage recruitment activities.
• Provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and OLS for driving drives and sponsor groups.
• Support blood drive coordinators to achieve collection operation goals.
• Schedule and implement education programs for sponsor contacts and volunteer groups.
• Utilize tools and strategy provided by the organization to boost customer service and productivity.
