Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and strategic planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in calendars booked to capacity via pre-prospecting, vetting leads, and booking of drives.
• Maintain accurate records in systems for tracking sponsor group performance and blood drives.
• Support blood program leaders and sponsors to meet annual collection goals.
• Secure and implement sponsor programs and initiatives; ensure productive scheduling of drives.
• Use organizational tools and strategies provided to enhance customer service and productivity.
• Develop working knowledge of the assigned geography.
