Responsibilities

• Take the time to personally connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors to return.
• Be detail oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements for transfusion.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and help set up/tear down equipment at donation sites; minimum height of 60 inches may apply.
