Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and long hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Create a welcoming environment so donors return for future drives.
• Be detail oriented to meet goals and regulatory requirements for safe transfusion.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup and teardown at sites.
