Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Physical requirements include ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and stand for long periods; may require minimum height to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Take time to personally connect with donors and explain donation impact.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Ensure blood collected meets goals and regulatory requirements; maintain safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and set up/tear down equipment at donation sites; schedule may require extended hours.
