Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science required.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Blood Bank experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in the Blood Bank and related areas.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain quality control and assurance per SOPs and regulations.
• Ensure proper specimen handling and reporting of results.
• Assist in lab inspections and coordination with senior staff.
