Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology required (CLIA appropriate).
• ASCP certification preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex tests in clinical labs using standard techniques and equipment.
• Handle specimens and use manual/automatic equipment for testing and reporting results.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation per SOPs and QA procedures.
• Process patient samples with proper ID to ensure data quality.
• Perform proficiency testing to maintain regulatory compliance.
