Chainlink Labs is seeking a Blockchain Security Analyst to support onchain investigations, threat analysis, and incident response across diverse networks. You will trace illicit fund flows, investigate exploits, and produce actionable intelligence for stakeholders and partners.

The role combines deep technical blockchain insight with strong analytical and communication skills, offering significant ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the EVM ecosystem with familiarity across non-EVM chains.
• Strong working knowledge of DeFi protocols, bridges, multisig architectures, and wallet infrastructure.
• Experience using on-chain data tools, block explorers, and RPC responses.
• Ability to build lightweight tooling and scripts to automate investigations and enrich data.

Responsabilités

• Conduct blockchain investigations involving exploits, phishing campaigns, and laundering activity.
• Trace funds across multiple chains, bridges, mixers, and DeFi protocols to identify patterns and risk exposure.
• Analyze transaction traces, logs, and RPC data to produce high-confidence findings.
• Build tooling to automate repetitive analysis tasks and improve workflows.
• Produce concise reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support incident response during active investigations and security events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve detection methodologies and tooling.
• Stay current on evolving exploit techniques and threat actor tradecraft across web3.
