The role emphasizes process improvements, cross‑functional collaboration, and production schedule adherence, with occasional weekend/overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a blending operator, including 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of blending equipment, processes, and quality standards.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and manufacturing quality-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and guide blending operators while providing feedback.
• Coordinate blending work to support production schedules and timely delivery.
• Set up and calibrate blending equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor processes and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Partner with Quality Control/Assurance to meet cGMP and FDA standards.
