Job summary

Lief Labs is seeking a 1st Shift Blending Operator in California to run blending equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring product quality and adherence to GDP on batch records. The role requires following cGMP and SOPs, documenting activities, and reporting discrepancies to leadership.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 5am–1:30pm with weekends as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment while

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with blending equipment.
• Understand and familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), SOP’s.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure blending equipment is running safely and efficiently to produce quality product.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO (lock out tag out).
• Maintain manufacturing batch records, logs and GDP documentation.
• Troubleshoot and adjust blending equipment as needed.
• Train new blending operators and share process improvements.
• Start-up, operate, and tear down blender per batch records and SOPs.
