Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years batch chemical blending involving hazardous materials.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Preferred: Associate degree and 5+ years in batch chemical blending; testing; shift leadership; incident command experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily blending and bottling activities for the Lab Supply area, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.
• Review sales orders to determine production priorities and assign tasks to bottling team.
• Direct production flow to meet on-time delivery and customer requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, materials, and workflow to meet schedules.
• Monitor operations for correct quantities, product specs, labeling, packaging, and documentation.
