Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking a mixer/processor for our first shift starting at 4:45am in Fall River, MA. You will handle large-volume kettles and mixers, ensure quality, perform viscosity tests, and support HACCP procedures across production lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience in food processing.
• HACCP knowledge or certification is preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, interpret charts and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor kettles and mixers on high-volume lines.
• Ensure product quality by verifying ingredients and testing viscosity.
• Follow HACCP steps and recipe specifications precisely.
• Assist maintenance and perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with QC/QA and communicate for efficient processing
