Job summary

TimberTech is seeking a Blending Operator to run and monitor blending systems, ensuring materials are distributed accurately and efficiently to support production. You will work closely with production teams to maintain quality, meet customer demands, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing or blending, basic computer skills, forklift certification, and a flexible, 24/7 work schedule.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of manufacturing, production, material handling, or blending experience.
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain material levels within silos using computerized blending systems.
Operate blending equipment and adjust material distribution as needed.
Coordinate with production teams to support scheduling and goals.
Inspect material bins to ensure adequate inventory.
Transfer materials between railcars, silos, and production areas.
Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials.
Ensure dust and regrind materials are stocked at bag and dump stations.
Receive, sample, and stage raw material trailers.
