• Must have strong knowledge in adult learning concepts and best practices.
• Experience designing training programs and assessing impact on employee performance.
• Experience with digital development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts needs assessments with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Coordinates design and delivery including content development, reviews, and materials.
• Recommends and implements blended learning solutions to meet business needs.
• Develops basic computer-based training, videos, and on-the-job resources.
• Creates instructional design documents, storyboards, and course outlines.
• Evaluates training effectiveness using data-driven metrics.
• Collaborates with partners and SMEs to achieve program goals.
• Manages content templates and streamlines production processes.
• Plans and executes multiple tasks with strong project management.
