Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and applying instructional design methods.
• Portfolio of web-based or eLearning samples required for consideration.
• Proficiency with LMS tools and course deployment processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with standard style guides.
• Proven project management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute course development from intake through launch in the LMS
• Design and revise eLearn and classroom training content
• Launch and test learning content within the LMS
• Generate quarterly reports on training costs for billing purposes
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Serve as primary contact between the subsidiary and Consumers Energy for training initiatives
