Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end‑to‑end training programs in a mission‑critical federal environment. You will conduct needs analyses, define objectives, and develop blended curricula combining instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning formats.

You will partner with product owners and IT teams to align training with agile releases and ensure readiness, managing schedules, assessments, and performance support materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or training and development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including classroom, virtual courses, and e-learning modules.
• Translate complex concepts into practical examples and case studies aligned to real program use cases.
• Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency across courses.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and track completion; produce metrics.
• Facilitate training events (in-person and virtual) and adjust delivery based on feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and adoption indicators; implement improvements.
• Partner with product owners, system administrators, and project teams to stay synchronized with releases.
• Support change-management activities by coordinating training schedules and communications.
